Driver Risk Inventory-II
This is an assessment or screening instrument that is used when a person has a charge that involves driving under the influence. This assessment contains six scales measuring truthfulness, alcohol, drug, driver risk, stress management, and severity of alcohol or other drug abuse and classifies a participant as being either a substance abuser or substance dependent in compliance with current Diagnostic Statistical Manual criteria. This assessment has been statistically normed against the normal population to give the most accurate results and recommendations.
Defendant Questionnaire
This assessment or screening instrument is used in assessing an offender with alcohol or other drug involvement that has affected their license, but was not a driving under the influence charge. This instrument contains scales to measure truthfulness, stress coping ability, and severity of the alcohol or other drug use disorder diagnosis using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. This assessment has been statistically normed against the normal population to give the most accurate results and recommendations.
Triage Assessment for Addictive Disorders
A brief, structured interview covering current alcohol and drug problems related to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria for substance abuse and dependency. The TADD is intended to be presented as an interview and not as a paper and pencil instrument.
A face-to-face (including tele-health) clinical interview conducted by an ADSAC assessor designed to elicit historical and current information regarding the behavior and experiences of a participant and is designed to provide sufficient information for problem formulation, intervention planning, and formulation of appropriate substance abuse-related clinical and/or educational interventions to reduce or eliminate recidivism.
